They're back! Or perhaps more accurately stated, they're here!

They are the 2024-25 version of the Wallace Gov baseball team. The reason it should be said they're here is because there are more new players than returning players. 19 of them to be exact. Thursday afternoon, Coach Ryan Ihle met with his new squad for the first time as a group.

"My message was pretty simple," Ihle said. "Welcome to Wallace and it's time to get to work."

Over the next several days Ihle and his coaching staff will be taking care of some of the formalities. These includes such things as orientation, physicals, and heart check-ups. Actual baseball practice begins later next week.
