Wallace Community College Athletics

David Kennedy is serving his fourth year as athletic trainer for the Wallace baseball and softball teams. He is a graduate of Lasell University in Newton, Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training. He returned to Lasell in 2020 and earned a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Science.

In February 2020, Kennedy was hired by the Boston Red Sox as a Minor League Athletic Trainer. While in college, Kennedy had internships for athletic training with Boston College Football, Harvard baseball and two summers with the Detroit Tigers. In 2020, Kennedy moved to Dothan to take a job with Encore Rehabilitation and has been with Wallace ever since.
